Traditional Funeral/Wake

A traditional funeral/wake is the type of funeral that usually includes a viewing or visitation with a structured ceremony that provides friends and family with an opportunity to grieve and say goodbye to the person who has died. After the funeral service, the body is then transported by a hearse to the final resting place.

At The Evergreen Chapels & Crematory, we offer a full-service funeral that would honor and respect you and your loved one. We have 18 chapel rooms – small, medium, large and premium – to choose from. If desired, The Evergreen can set up your service at your approved off-site locations such as a church, home, or barangay hall. Our casket selections include local wood, local metal, and import metal of different gauges. Temporary caskets are also available should you choose cremation instead of burial after your funeral or wake.

Why choose a Traditional Funeral Service?

  • Helps the deceased’s family and friends to begin processing their grief by reinforcing the reality of death
  • Provides a safe environment to express feelings of loss and grief
  • Encourages family and friends to share memories of the deceased, pay tribute, show respect and celebrate the life they lived
  • Offers an opportunity for mourners to receive care and support from friends, helping them adjust to their loss

Here at Evergreen Chapels & Crematory, we know how important funerals are in your grieving and healing process. Our friendly and compassionate funeral directors and staff will always strive to provide service that exceeds your expectations.
